Our Story
Conceived out of a love for sewing, we opened our first store in Arlington Texas in 1977; our first store in Ft. Worth was opened shortly thereafter. Our desire was to provide the sewing community a convenient and creative place to purchase fabrics, patterns and notions as well as provide a pleasant learning environment.
We soon realized a need to also offer a quality sewing machine with associated quality service. After the review of several brands, we were excited to become a Bernina Sewing Machine Sales and Service Center.
Eventually, we combined both stores into one new larger location in Ft. Worth and continued to receive the support of the local metroplex sewing community. As a result, our fabric business has grown and we have come to be one of the largest Bernina dealers in the US. We are proud to say we have won a large number of awards for sales and service. In 2011 we were awarded Bernina's highest award, The Presidents Award, for outstanding representation of Bernina products.
With 39 years of continuous operation under our belts, we continue to strive to achieve the same goal we began with. Our longevity shows us we're close to our goal, but we never take our success for granted. We work each day to provide the Creative Sewing Center you deserve.
